Qualifications & Experience
* Previous Experience: Proven experience as a Junior Sous Chef in a premium or fine dining restaurant.
* Food Cleanliness: Strong focus on maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
* Leadership and Team Player Skills: A passion for training and developing talented culinary individuals who will be the future leaders within the business.
* Effective Communication: Skills in fostering honesty and transparency, with the ability to provide timely updates.
* Health & Safety Commitment: Knowledge of Food Safety standards and WHS regulations.
