The Role:
As COO, you will oversee the daily operations of our franchising business, ensuring seamless communication between the head office and franchise partners, while driving operational efficiency, profitability, and franchise owner success.
Reporting directly to the cofounders, you will be a key player in shaping the strategic direction of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all operational aspects of the franchising network, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals.
Lead and manage the head office operations team, ensuring effective support for franchise partners.
Develop and implement strategies to drive operational excellence, scalability, and cost-efficiency across the business.
Support franchise partners in optimising performance and profitability through strong communication, training, and resources.
Collaborate with other team members to identify growth opportunities and improve overall business performance.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and franchise agreements, maintaining high standards of service and consistency across all locations.
Foster a positive and collaborative company culture, promoting teamwork and innovation within the head office and franchise network.
About You:
Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role, ideally within franchising or a similar multi-location business.
Strong understanding of franchise operations, with the ability to develop and implement strategies that support franchise partner success.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with experience managing teams and multiple stakeholders.
A track record of driving operational improvements and efficiencies in a fast-paced environment.
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, capable of balancing day-to-day operations with long-term growth objectives.
Ability to build strong relationships with both franchise partners and internal teams.
