About the role….
As part of our Membership team, you will be responsible for:
* Understanding the IGT Club – membership system in order to change details such as addresses, names etc. and in order to issue day passes and place comments on patron’s record
* Processing new memberships and renewals
* Data entry
* Answering customer enquiries / questions about venues and providing callers with all relevant information
* Operating the public-address system to make any announcements to club patrons and staff
* Issuing Gift Cards and raffle tickets
* Taking member bookings for the Club courtesy bus
* Screening and forwarding calls to appropriate personnel or departments and taking messages when appropriate; and
* Any other reasonable duties as requested by Management.
Requirements:
* 12 months reception/concierge experience in Hospitality / Hotel / Entertainment is preferred
* Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation
* Excellent skills in customer service, attention to detail, communication, time management, dealing with difficult conversations and customer complaints
* IGT systems experience (or willing to learn)
* Basic knowledge and skills in computer systems / programs including Outlook
* Current NSW RSA / RCG competency card
* Polite phone etiquette; and
* Willing to work a mixture of day, evening and weekend shifts.
