About the Position
The People and Talent Team at Bond University is seeking a skilled and experienced HR Administrator to support the Chief People Officer and Deputy Director/Head of Partnering. This role will contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture by performing a variety of administrative and HR-related tasks, including:
14. Providing diary management and administrative support to the Chief People Officer and Deputy Director/Head of Partnering
15. Undertaking a range of HR administrative and finance tasks
16. Assisting with employee engagement activities and People and Talent events
17. Contributing to broader HR initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience
This 0.6 FTE role will be structured as 5.5 hours per day, Tuesday to Friday.
About the person
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field, along with at least 2 years of experience in HR administration. They will be highly organised, have strong communication skills and evidence the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS, and Payroll systems is essential, along with a sound understanding of financial processes. Attention to detail, the ability to handle confidential information with care, and the capacity to work both independently and in a team are also vital.
Salary details
The salary for this 0.6 FTE position commences at $41,905.90 per annum (Full-time Equivalent is $69,843.17 per annum) plus 12% superannuation per annum.
