Executive House Manager – Manly Beach, SydneyPermanent Location : ManlyWork Hours:9.30am – 6.30pm________________________________Are you a highly experienced house manager with previous long-term experience in private homes?Do you love running a household and are seeking an appreciative family to look after?A busy professional family in Manly are looking for a long-termhighly experienced Executive Residential House Managerwho can organize, develop and implement good working systems and schedules to ensure the smooth, day-to-day functioning of the household.We are looking for someone with the following:Previous house management experience in private homesA high degree of organisationto keep all cupboards, closets, pantry and other spaces in orderA high level of attention to detail– noticing and anticipating family needsA high degree of common sense andability to take ownership of the roleand work without supervisionKnowledge of laundry, sorting, treating, washing and ironingAble to run errands as required, flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing needs and priorities.A high level of discretion and commitmentDuties will include:General PA/ Errands as required:Managing trades as required across both propertiesOverseeing the family calendar and organising home requirements to suit family scheduleAdditional help with family admin such as paying bills, arranging travel, planning events etcLight housekeeping : All general housekeeping, laundry duties, change of linens, bathrooms, kitchen, dusting, vacuuming, generally ensuring the residence is maintained in a high state at all times.We will consider additional cleaning support for vacuuming, mopping & bathrooms etcLaundry:must haveexperience with delicates/colours/ironing/folding and maintaining the wardrobeOrganising each family member's closetDrycleaning, Treating laundry appropriately for stains, mending, delicate careKeeping tabs on children's clothing sizes and rotating, hand downs, new requirementsKitchen & Pantry:Food preparation and managing grocery stocks, household requirements and administration.Organising fridge, pantry and shopping schedules for weekly grocery deliveriesKeeping the pantry stocked, organised and rotating items as necessaryMeals:Able to provide a range of healthy options for the family; extensive cooking experience is not mandatory, but an interest in food and a willingness to learn is a mustWe do not require someone with professional cooking ability and are flexible with meal requirements depending on the candidate – however ability to prepare basic meals would be an advantageRequirements:5-6 years minimum housekeeping experience in private homes or stewardess experience on superyachtsA high level of detail and be able to work with limited supervisionPolice Check or willing to get one prior to commencingLong-term commitmentHours:Mon to Fri, normal hours of work 9.30am – 6.30pmRemuneration:A salary between $100,000 – $120,000 per annum including all benefits and leave entitlements.#J-18808-Ljbffr
