The Role:
The new Sales Account Manager/Business Development Manager will be at the forefront of driving the company's ambitious growth plans. This is a unique opportunity to combine sales expertise with a genuine passion for sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets
* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through high-level outbound activity
* Utilise the company's proven sales methodology to qualify leads and close deals effectively
* Represent the brand at industry events and trade shows
* Collaborate with channel partners to maximise sales opportunities
* Ensure exceptional customer experiences through a consultative sales approach
* Contribute to ongoing improvements in sales processes and CRM utilisation
Ideal Candidate:
* 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development
* Track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales quotas
* Strong understanding of sustainability trends and their impact on businesses
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience with CRM systems (they use hubspot) and data-driven sales approaches
* Full Australian Working Rights required
