About You As a Service Scheduling Officer you'll play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly.
Your expertise in modern award interpretation, resource allocation, roster management and workforce planning will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service while maintaining financial sustainability.
Key responsibilities Managing base roster designs and roster's of care to meet participants needs Manage and lead a service portfolio in alignment with internal stakeholders, reporting on key performance indicators Review and comply with award policies and Westhaven rostering principles Actively manage, track and document changes in base roster patterns Align with internal stakeholders for vacancy fulfilment, resourcing and conversion Provide support to the rostering team for daily rostering functions You will have: Previous experience in a rostering disability support role or related field Proven understanding of the SCHADS award and NDIS funding Experience utilising rostering systems and practises Proven ability to analyse and report on data Professional relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders About us Westhaven is, and will continue to be, the provider of choice for disability support services and accommodation across regional NSW.
