Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 years B2B SaaS experience in a business development management (sales) role. You will be responsible for finding and converting new business from mid-sized to large enterprise accounts in both local and global markets.
This will suit proactive, self-motivated BDMs who aren’t afraid to get on the phone, book meetings, and convert opportunities into revenue (and commission). You’ll be supported by an experienced team who are here to help you succeed.
The opportunity
The opportunity to earn is significant - with uncapped commissions, a global market, and a product/market fit proven product that is now starting to scale.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will be an integral part of the We Brand growth team, responsible for:
Meeting and exceeding sales quotas
Finding new opportunities and converting these into sales
Executing daily outbound activities including cold calls, email and social
Leveraging our CRM and prospecting data tools to connect with prospects
Working with marketing to execute campaigns and convert marketing leads
What you’ll bring
Proven track record of success in sales and business development, using solution selling techniques, preferably within the B2B SaaS space
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of an organisation
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Demonstrated experience in finding and converting new business opportunities in mid to large-sized organisations
Proficient in preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have:
3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
Proven ability to exceed sales targets and grow revenue
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and CRM systems
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience in the martech space/selling to marketing people an advantage
