This team is a focused sales force with intensive calling programs, designed to ensure that CommBank product is front of mind when brokers are dealing with existing and prospective clients.Do work that mattersReporting directly to the State Sales Manager Third Party Banking, as a Relationship Manager, you will be passionate about customer service, ensuring a superior overall level of service is delivered to your valued clients.
In addition, you will be responsible for driving profitable business by providing strong relationship and sales support management to a client base of brokers and advisers in the promotion of CommBank home loans and banking products for the Group.Additionally, you will:Proactively develop your broker client baseImplement a regular client-call and visitation programUse your knowledge of CommBank's banking products to achieve business unit sales and growth targetsEnsure the provision of consistently accurate technical, loan structuring and policy support to brokersIdentify training and development needs and drive the continuous improvement of brokers' knowledge and service standardsTake ownership of customer needs and identify appropriate service and product solutionsEnsure that settlements are maximised, and that customer retention risks are identified and proactively resolvedDeliver presentations to client groups and attend banking and related promotional public relations events, whilst networking and managing successful relationshipsBe a change advocate by understanding regulatory initiatives and incorporating changes into ongoing broker educationDeliver exceptional customer service in all dealings, as reflected in a positive lift in various survey resultsWe're interested in hearing from people who have:Excellent industry knowledge of both local and national housing and mortgage broker marketsPrior experience and knowledge of mortgage/lending products and servicesDemonstrated ability in sales, business development and relationship management, with strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsCommercial acumen, and an understanding of credit and risk policiesCurrent, non-restricted Australian driver's licenceIntermediate MS Excel skills and the ability to perform statistical analysis – preferredTertiary qualifications in a related business field - preferredAdvertising End Date: 25/03/2025#J-18808-Ljbffr
