About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to lead our service teams across our 6 Canberra based clinics. In this role you will manage the day-to-day operations of our Medical Imaging clinics, ensuring the seamless coordination and delivery of quality services to our patients.
Day to day you will:
* Ensure all customer service activities are delivered in line with best practice and a focus on quality; including front line service excellence, managing patient feedback, optimising administrative processes and patient registration & care
* Oversee the roster and scheduling of service team members to align with patient bookings, staffing of technical bookings and in line with budget requirements
* Utilise the Patient Information System to analyse activities and service performance and to identify trends in service performance and identify process improvements
* Lead, mentor and develop your team of frontline clerical staff to support and foster a positive and collaborative work environment
* Partner effectively with stakeholders across Qscan Group including other SDM’s from other regions, People & Culture including recruitment, and senior stakeholders including Radiologists
About You
The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing customer service, with a genuine interest in building the service function to constantly improve and strive for the best patient outcomes. In addition to this you will have:
* Previous experience as a manager or hold a lead role in a similar position, such as a practice or clinic manager (desirable)
* Strong people management skills with the ability to identify support needs and implement them
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, including being comfortable working with stakeholders via video and email regularly
* Confident using a suite of Microsoft platforms and the ability to work with multiple systems and platforms daily
* Demonstrated ability to respond to and manage customer feedback or complaints in a professional and service-oriented manner
