This position offers an opportunity to make a tangible impact through a wide range of HR responsibilities. This position is available as an s26 transfer ( temporary or permanent) or a non-ongoing engagement for an initial term of 6 - 12 months Key Responsibilities Provide expert guidance on complex industrial and workplace policy matters. Support the development of performance, employment strategies, and rewards/recognition programs. Manage workplace relations and performance case management for employees and supervisors. Oversee reporting and management of SES workplace terms and conditions. Contribute to the creation and improvement of employment policies. Deliver logistical and organisational support for international deployments, including family assistance. Advise stakeholders on international policy and deployment-related matters. Coordinate visits and engagements with international partners. Prepare detailed reports on international deployments, highlighting outcomes and insights. Review and maintain internal policies, procedures, and guidelines with an international focus. Contribute to various HR initiatives across the branch. What We're Looking For Knowledge of employee legislation, policy frameworks, and international deployment guidelines. Proven ability to provide expert advice on employee relations and deployment matters. Strong organisational skills to manage workloads and meet deadlines.
