We are now recruiting for a Customer Relationship Coordinator to add to their successful team of professionals, based in a central location on the Gold Coast. This role focuses on Customer Service for their referring partners, proving them updates on the build progress, resolving queries along the way. You will also have some contact with the buyer at the initial contract stage, and at hand over stage for their new home.
You will also have exposure to Contracts & workflow administration, and liaise with internal stakeholders on progress & changes, and ability to find solutions and resolve issues when they arise.
Our successful candidate will have previous experience within a residential builder in a similar position, have a strong customer focused approach and have superior communication skills.
