They have strong relationships with several high-profile clients and a strong pipeline of work, with several exciting projects lined up within their specialised sector. As such, this company is seeking to employ an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of current and upcoming projects from start to finish in Sydney. ABOUT THE ROLE As the Site Manager, you will manage and deliver high-end commercial fitout and refurbishment projects valued up to $10M, alongside a well-resourced and capable delivery team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the project site, its trades, contractors, and ensure that the project is being delivered within the parameters. DUTIES Oversee on-site construction activity management Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with WHS legislation Construction programming – long and short range Sub-contractor Management Compliance and Quality Management SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Trade qualification in Carpentry or equivalent Commercial site management experience on projects valued up to $10M.
