This is a permanent, full-time role based in either Adelaide, Sydney, Newcastle or Brisbane.
You will be expected to work Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm SA time.
What you’ll do
* Proactively manage a portfolio of caravan, motorhome & boat claims from lodgement to finalisation, in a timely and cost-efficient manner in accordance with the General Insurance Code of Practice.
* Deliver exceptional customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls as the main point of contact for our customers. You will guide them empathetically through their claim process, actively listening and adjusting your approach to address their individual needs.
* Working with a 'Best Claims Practice' mindset and leverage your attention to detail to manage claims effectively. This includes processing complaints, maintaining up-to-date records, ensuring clear communication, minimising rework, and taking all necessary actions to advance the customer’s claim and get them Back on the Road.
What you’ll bring
* High level of customer service experience.
* Computer literacy and experience navigating multiple systems.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Strong attention to detail and exceptional prioritisation skills.
* Demonstrated problem-solving skills, decision-making abilities and excellent critical thinking.
