Our client, a reputable strata management company, is currently seeking a Strata Manager to join their team in Western Australia.
With a well-maintained portfolio of mostly residential properties, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional looking for a new challenge.
Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of residential properties and liaise with property owners, tenants, and contractors.
Attend and conduct strata meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and services for the properties under management.
Maintain accurate records and financial reports for each property.
Work with the Strata Master software to manage the portfolio effectively.
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Strata Manager.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
A strong understanding of the Strata Titles Act and other relevant legislation.
Ability to manage time effectively, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience using Strata Master software is preferred.
