What You'll Be DoingOrder Management: Handle and track orders using Salesforce CRM, Excel, and IMPEX sales software.Database Mastery: Maintain and oversee orders and sales databases to ensure accuracy.Supplier Coordination: Create and dispatch purchase orders to suppliers and DC.Customised Reporting: Craft and present insightful reports using Salesforce dashboards.What We're Looking ForExcel Expertise: Intermediate to advanced skills, especially with VLOOKUP.Salesforce Savvy: Experience with CRM and sales software like IMPEX is a bonus.Organisational Ace: Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.Deadline Dynamo: Efficient in managing tasks and meeting deadlines.Background in Supply Chain or Data Analytics is desirable.If you're ready to bring your Excel prowess and passion for export processes to a top-tier retail team, we want to hear from you!
