South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking a Team Leader- Lived Experience Workforce.The successful applicant will have direct personal lived or living experience of mental illness or psychological distress, a lived experience of recovery and service use, as well as knowledge and understanding of mental illness from either a Consumer or Family, Carer or Support Person perspective. You will demonstrate a good understanding of the principles of peer work, recovery-oriented practice and demonstrate with a transformation mindset.
