About the role:
This role offers the unique opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive and specialised care for clients. You will have the option to choose the environment in which you work depending on your interests. Work in the allied health clinic, out in the community (in patient's homes & schools), in residential aged care facilities and/ or in a private hospital. Your role will involve seeing clients across the life span, conducting initial assessments, creating tailored therapy plans underpinning evidence based practice, keeping a record of progress notes and writing NDIS reports to document each clients progress.
