Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility This role will require hands-on experience in environment support and software engineering at an enterprise level. You will be able to utilise your strong engineering background and experience to support extremely critical applications. This role acts as a central point of contact for identifying, triaging, and resolving issues within these environments, enabling development, testing, and quality assurance teams to perform their functions effectively. The engineer collaborates closely with platform teams, developers, testers, and other stakeholders to maintain a reliable and efficient testing infrastructure. Monitor non-prod environments for issues and proactively identify potential problems. Gather relevant information, logs, and metrics to understand the scope and impact of incidents. Prioritize incidents based on severity and impact on project timelines and testing activities. Troubleshoot environment-related issues and perform root cause analysis Escalate issues to appropriate platform teams. Follow up with platform teams to track progress on resolutions and ensure timely completion. Provide regular status updates to stakeholders on open incidents and their resolution progress. What you offer Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility Excellent troubleshooting skills Working Knowledge of Java or Python Linux Fundamentals Working knowledge of open-source technologies, and cloud services Hands on experience in implementing DevOps toolchains in SDLC Usage of Kubernetes, Docker and CICD tools Usage of log management tools like Sumo logic, Dynatrace or Splunk for triaging and troubleshooting environment issues.
