What a day in the life may look like:
8. Support the Management Team: in overseeing the entire store, and daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across your department whilst supporting other managers and departments.
9. Drive Sales Growth: by achieving and exceeding KPI targets in your department and smashing sales goals.
10. Lead Your Team: to deliver outstanding customer service, modelling our values through an inverted triangle leadership structure
11. Manage High-Volume Stock: efficiently, maintaining inventory integrity and managing stocktake initiatives to boost profitability
12. Execute Merchandising Plans: to align with business standards and launch catalogue campaigns effectively with ticketing and setups
13. Recruit & Train Team: to build a high-performing department that aligns with our culture and goals
14. Problem-Solve & Innovate: with resilience and a time-management mindset to address challenges proactively

What We’re Looking for in You:
15. Retail Management Experience is essential
16. Experience in High-Volume Stock Management- is highly preferred
17. Owner’s Mindset - to lead your team with pride and responsibility
18. Positive, Goal-Oriented Attitude- to inspire and motivate your team
19. Strong Communication Skills- with the ability to lead and mentor effectively
20. First Aid Certification (or willingness to complete training at our expense)
21. Strong Computer Skills to manage inventory and reporting tools
22. Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation - ability to work with planograms, promotional activates and stock rotation
23. Business Acumen- work with sales and stock reports daily to effectivity action change
