Job Description:
Uphold organisational values and maintain compliance with the Code of Conduct, policies, and procedures.
Execute tasks as assigned by the Senior Civil Engineer, Principal Civil Engineer, or General Manager, which may include:
Preparing fee proposals, engineering calculations, technical reports, and design documentation.Developing civil engineering designs and producing concept and construction drawings (DA, CC, SWC) for a diverse range of urban and regional infrastructure projects.Managing project and design processes for civil engineering and multidisciplinary projects.Ensuring all deliverables meet quality, compliance, and approval requirements.Performing any additional duties as reasonably required by the General Manager. Technical Proficiency: Skilled in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, 12d Model, Drains, MUSIC, HEC-RAS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Comprehensive Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, methodologies, relevant codes, and standards.
Attention to Detail & Accountability: Committed to delivering high-quality outcomes with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
Time Management & Multitasking: Ability to prioritise tasks, manage workloads effectively, and meet deadlines across multiple projects.

Required Education
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering;
Demonstrated experience in the civil engineering discipline.
