OzHarvest is a leading food rescue organisation on a mission to 'Nourish our Country' by stopping good food from going to waste and delivering it to charities that help feed people in need. Through our education and community programs and our advocacy work, we hope to inspire others to change their behaviour and help reach the national target of halving food waste by 2030.
We are 350+ staff and 3000 volunteers. We have a strong purpose, clear values and a deep connection to our cause. We each understand the role we play in Nourishing our Country and support each other to make a difference. We foster a culture of inclusion and belonging and value the connection we have to our purpose and each other. We provide flexibility. Fancy offices are not our thing. Food is our currency. And we love a dress up party. We celebrate each success and are here for each other.
