Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) is an independent charity, providing support to seriously ill or injured children, high-risk pregnancy expectant mothers and their families. RMHC South East Queensland is one of the many Ronald McDonald House "Chapters" across the federated structure within Australia and Globally, providing accommodation and other support programs for families. Our services operate 24/7 across all 365 days of the year providing compassionate hospitality to our families through our House Program, Family Room Program and Learning Program. This newly created Permanent Full time role is pivotal in supporting our mission to provide essential services that remove barriers, strengthen families, and promote healing when children need healthcare. The Corporate Partnership Coordinator role will be responsible for identifying, securing, retaining and maintaining RMHC SEQ's corporate relationships including event sponsorships. This role will be key in the high level management of acquiring corporate donors who have the capacity to become corporate partners. Additionally, this role will also manage and grow a portfolio of corporate donor relationships and other corporate opportunities that align with RMHC SEQ's mission. The successful candidate will have access to flexible work opportunities, working from home, company laptop and mobile phone (or allowance towards own device).Key responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to corporate partners, ensuring all partnership benefits and obligations are fulfilled.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver and communicate partnership assets, including reports, impact stories, and presentations.Coordinate and oversee event requirements for corporate partners, including planning, logistical support, and on-site fundraising activities.Support national corporate partnership activities, working with RMHC Australia to ensure chapter-level deliverables.Facilitate corporate volunteering opportunities, handling inquiries, bookings, invoicing, and on-site support as needed.Assist with the fundraising events and campaigns, focusing on corporate sponsorships/support, registration processing, and fundraising stewardship.Implement and manage the Workplace Giving Program, including researching best practices and developing communication materials.Maintain accurate CRM records, financial reconciliation, and a calendar of partnership events to enhance partner engagement and data integrityKey Selection Criteria: 2 years working in a similar role or in fundraising, business development or sales.Have previous experience in an office environmentBe highly organised and efficient and have strong communication skillsBe detail orientated and accurate in your workHave excellent computer literacy, with experience using Salesforce and/or other CRM platformsBe highly organised, self-motivated, professional and able to manage under tight deadlines.Displays knowledge, understanding and a genuine passion for the not-for-profit sectorBe a collaborative team player with a strong commitment to achieving the most positive outcomes for the whole Marketing, Communications & Fundraising team.Open drivers license and First Aid/CPR certificate highly desirable If you're a motivated, compassionate individual with a passion for supporting others and contributing to organisational success, we invite you to apply.
