How will I help?
As a Business Solutions Banker, you will be interacting with small to medium-sized business customers, understanding their business goals and needs, and offering suitable Merchant Solutions or Business Accounts to help their business grow. Channels of Support include Inbound, Outbound, and Digital. All businesses need to take payments. The opportunity will help you become a strong sales-based banker.
You will need to be able to:
Model outstanding customer care & service excellence.
Provide customers with professional attention using positive language and tone to connect and have meaningful conversations to truly understand the customers’ needs.
Operate in a competitive market where you will learn the art of deepening customer relations and having quality needs-based conversations.
Adhere to and meet our Risk and compliance obligations.
Ensure all customer requests are carried out within the recommended SLA period.
Support other bankers from several channels, including branches, by providing advice and support and accepting referrals.
To be successful in this role, you’ll be required to work across our operating hours Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

As you become more experienced in the role, you will have the ability to become a multiskilled banker, which will provide you with the opportunity to speak to customers about other cash flow avenues. This role will provide you with formal accreditation in RG 146 (general advice, personal advice on basic banking products).
What do I need?

If you are looking to break into the banking industry or take your experience to the next level, this would be an ideal role for you. Our ideal candidate will have:
A solid background in a customer-centric company or role.
A proven track record in service and support.
Strong attention to detail, including writing skills.
Business acumen and commercial awareness.
Strong computer literacy, with the ability to learn new systems.
Financial Services / Banking background – understanding of bank processes, systems, and procedures (Desirable).
