About the Role: We are looking for a motivated Field Services Team Leader to manage and guide a dynamic team of field engineers and technical specialists. This role focuses on delivering high-quality training, on-site technical support, and efficient service delivery while ensuring the team has the skills and resources to meet client demands.
You will act as the cornerstone of our field operations, ensuring client satisfaction, continuous team development, and seamless execution of service engagements.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of field service engineers and trainers.Conduct regular skills assessments and organise training programs to ensure the team remains technically proficient.Oversee and deliver client training sessions on engineering software, tools, and processes.Ensure training programs are tailored to meet client-specific needs and industry standards.Coordinate and provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting during on-site visits.Maintain a proactive approach to resolving client issues and minimising downtime.Manage service engagements, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.Collaborate with project managers and other departments to align services with client goals.Monitor team performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.Standardise workflows to enhance service efficiency and quality.About You: Proven experience in field services, technical training, or support delivery roles.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.Excellent knowledge of engineering software (e.g., CAD, simulation tools) and processes.Exceptional communication and organisational skills.A proactive problem-solver with a focus on client satisfaction.Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Engineering, Technical Management, or related field.Experience in managing service teams and delivering training in engineering environments.Familiarity with PDM/PLM systems, ERP integration, or similar technical solutions.What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.A leadership role with opportunities to shape team performance and strategy.Access to professional development and training resources.A collaborative and supportive work environment.Submit your resume and cover letter by clicking on Apply button.
