Kronos Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Kronos user to join our Large Payroll team as a Kronos Specialist.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the maintenance of the Kronos time and attendance system in line with company requirements. This includes ensuring the setup is aligned with Awards, maintaining and monitoring interfaces between systems, and engaging in continuous improvement activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain Kronos Setup in line with Awards.
2. Maintain and monitor interfaces between systems and engage in continuous improvement activities.
3. Investigate Kronos Setup issues.
4. Configure Building blocks.
5. Perform Pay rule Testing.
6. Map Tables and Interfaces.
7. Interpret Employees Agreements and Awards.
8. Complete Kronos training.
9. Coordinate Kronos Projects.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Strong systems experience in Kronos.
* Extensive experience in complex Kronos multi-site, multi-agreement industries.
* Experience in large transactional payroll systems and ERP's.
* Experience in SQL.
* Advanced excel skills.
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
* Strong Payroll Legislation experience and/or background.
* Effective time management.
