Ideally, the successful candidate will also possess: Proven experience in management/specialist role with a fast paced and complex environment.Knowledge of work health and safety requirements Track record of excellent stakeholder engagement, with a strong client focus, and dealing with people with different skill sets and responsibilities.Highly developed problem solving, process improvement, analytical, communication and customer service skills Experience contributing to a culture of inclusion and high performance Sound written and oral communication skills, and the capacity to deal with ambiguity & complex problems Demonstrate ability to manage multiple and complex deliverables on a daily basis Able to think strategically, innovatively and solve problems Very good Excel, analytical and reporting skills (including commentary) Proactive generation of ideas related to efficiency & effectiveness of month end processing Be willing to "put up your hand" to assist other team members with finance related matters Ability to work independently under limited direction with tight timeframes and competing priorities.
