About the role
As an Enablement and Assurance Manager you will ensure we are operating a safe, legal and compliant CFC whilst partnering with the Site Manager and Operations managers to deliver excellent team and customer experience.
What you'll do
* Oversee the implementation of the safety management system, ensuring compliance through assurance programs such as iVerify and MHE checklists.
* Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in accordance with EA requirements.
* Work with Site and leadership teams to maintain compliance.
* Lead the rollout, embedding, and validation of compliance plans with the Site Team.
* Participate in Safety Team meetings, review minutes, and prepare action items for the Site Manager.
* Contribute to incident reporting and investigations, and ensure workplace safety.
* Support effective injury management, including return-to-work processes and team reintegration.

* Proven coaching skills
* Experience in leading and implementing change
* Knowledge of online order fulfilment processes and systems
* Understanding of inventory management, production, and replenishment practices
* Experience in leading and developing diverse teams
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Effective time management, planning, and organisational abilities
* Experience in team member development and engagement
* Computer literate
