Working in a fast-paced environment within a small team, you will be required to work autonomously to ensure day-to-day administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner. This position is being offered on a full-time basis, but part-time hours will be considered. Key Responsibilities Customer service both face to face and over the telephone Assist workshop technicians with customer bookings and ordering of parts Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions Monthly reconciliations IAS/BAS processing Process weekly payroll Banking Various other administrative duties as required To be considered for this role, you will possess: Experience working in a similar role; previous automotive repair industry experience highly regarded Experience using Microsoft Office Suite products Experience with MYOB or other accounting packages Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and work demands Ability to work autonomously Ability to solve problems and provide practical solutions High attention to detail and confidentiality Port Lincoln Mechanical prides itself on being a family-friendly employer, offering above-award wages and staff discounts.
