About the Opportunity Are you a skilled leader with expertise in CT/XR? We're seeking a CT/XR Regional Modality Lead (Chief CT/X-ray Radiographer Manager) to guide and inspire our teams across the Gold Coast region.In this pivotal role, you'll provide both leadership and technical knowledge, fostering the growth and performance of our CT/XR teams. You will manage the teams, ensuring top-tier patient care and operational excellence. Collaborating with Regional Management and National Modality Leads, you will drive innovation and efficiency. By supporting team development and performance, you will help us meet our current and future goals. You will: Demonstrate leadership which inspires high performing teams, who remain engaged and focused on achieving the Group's strategic outcomes. Effectively manage staff recruitment and allocation to ensure ongoing availability of appropriately skilled talent. Maintain the highest levels of professional patient care, customer service, confidentiality, and moral and ethical codes, setting a gold-star example to our staff. Oversee modality trainee programs and development/education opportunities for existing staff, including planning, preparing materials, and execution. Initiate, implement and support process and system improvements within the region. Maintain knowledge of internal, as well as industry and competitor trends, with regards to best practice service initiatives and processes to ensure continuous improvement. Work collaboratively with the Regional Management team to achieve the best possible outcomes for our patients and referrers. About You Alongside your solid CT/XR experience, you have a focus on patient care and outcomes, a passion for creating positive change within the modality, and a commitment to continual improvement and lifelong learning. You will also have: Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Willingness to learn new modality techniques and remain on top of current trends and developments. Ability to effectively manage the interactive relationship with patients, ensuring that privacy, compassion, dignity, and confidentiality is always maintained. Working rights in Australia.
