About the role
The HR Establishment and Administration Officer is responsible for implementing efficient, user-friendly processes and systems to provide transactional services to internal stakeholders, including workforce planning and payroll services and assisting in the maintenance of the organisational management component of the Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS). The role is also responsible for providing general advice and support in relation to the maintenance of position structures and staffing issues.
This recruitment is to create a Talent Pool for upcoming permanent and temporary vacancies over the next 18 months.
About You
You have an eye for detail and accuracy, especially when handling administrative tasks. You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Crucially, you understand the importance of handling sensitive information with discretion.
