We are looking for our next Logistics Assistant team member to join our team at the Carole Park warehouse! This is a Full-time, permanent position and an entry level position.
Shift times:
Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm
Job tasks and responsibilities:
1. Processing, allocating, and invoicing orders;
2. Liaising with relevant personnel for the delivery of orders;
3. Liaising with the sales department for deals and offers;
4. Assisting with the booking of transport companies;
5. Running and analyzing supply-chain related reports;
6. Pallets control management;
7. Containers and local delivery co-ordinations;
8. Emailing and phone-answering for any queries;
9. Confident communication with both internal and external parties;
10. Filing and general office duties;
11. Other duties as required from time to time by the Manager.
To be successful you will need:
1. Full Australian working rights and MUST live in Australia;
2. Chinese speaking is preferred;
3. Microsoft Office experience (high level of exposure to and competency with Excel is a must);
4. A current driver’s license;
5. Strong communication skills;
6. A great eye for detail and customer service skills;
7. Proven experience working in an Administrative Assistant role or supply chain management industry is ideal, but not essential.
