The Role: This role will appeal to a Development Manager looking to manage a small team and work on projects across various asset classes. Reporting to the Head of Development, you will work across the full development process including acquisitions, due diligence, marketing, design, planning, and delivery.
In addition, you will manage all key project stakeholders, resolve planning issues, gain approvals at a local and state level, and ensure project delivery meets all key performance outcomes i.e. time, cost, and quality.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in property, architecture, construction management, engineering, or a related discipline; Proven people management, stakeholder, and communication skills (written and verbal); Ability to build networks with LGAs, Councils, and the wider building industry; Ability to manage and deliver projects autonomously; Manage leasing strategies and negotiations, ensuring optimal lease terms and tenant satisfaction.
