Temple Day Spa, experiencing continual growth, is thrilled to offer a vibrant and challenging opportunity for Senior Receptionist at either our Unley or brand new Semaphore location.
This role is tailored for individuals who possess extraordinary organisational skills and flourish in a high-energy setting. The Senior Receptionist position demands constant vigilance and efficiency, as you'll be the first point of contact for clients visiting for appointments, purchasing gift vouchers, or products, as well as handling five incoming phone lines, online bookings, sales and daily spa operations.
You'll be at the epicenter of activity, managing a non-stop flow of tasks throughout your shift.
Your prior experience in a high-traffic hospitality or customer service environment will be a significant advantage, as it will have prepared you for the agility and resilience required in this demanding role.
On a daily basis, you will be managing a busy reception area, coordinating client appointments, handling inquiries, and maintaining the high level of service that Temple Day Spa is known for.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Providing exceptional client service at the spa's front desk, being the welcoming face of the spa and hosting client experiences.
* Efficiently coordinating and managing client appointments, while adeptly handling any scheduling challenges.
* Upholding the spa's high standards by maintaining policies, procedures, and service protocols.
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and maintaining a secure and welcoming environment for all clients.
* Addressing and resolving any client concerns or issues, ensuring each client leaves satisfied.
* Taking direction from the marketing department regarding the promotion of the spa, contributing to its visibility and client engagement.
* Keeping the reception area well-organised and presentable.
* Carrying out administrative tasks efficiently, including data entry and record-keeping, to support the spa's operations.
* Collaborating with the spa management team to continuously enhance client experiences and services.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Experience in a fast-paced hospitality or customer service role.
* Strong capability in managing front desk operations and client services.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic IT skills for varied administrative tasks.
* A flexible, proactive approach, capable of managing the dynamic demands of a busy spa.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage confidently with clients.
* Outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise in a rapidly changing environment.
* A collaborative attitude, working effectively with both management and staff.
* An unrestricted driver's license for potential mobility-related tasks.
