Multiple Roles: When contacting us please specify the role you wish to apply for.Contact: Please contact us at ****** SOW 1Role: Change ManagerClient: Australian Signals Directorate (ASD)Location: Canberra, ACTCloses: Friday, 11th of April 2025 at 5pmRFQ-LH-ASD-02281 SOW 1Role: Change Support OfficerClient: Australian Signals Directorate (ASD)Location: ACT, OnsiteCloses: Friday, 11th of April 2025 at 5pmASD requires a Change Manager at LOR5 level to undertake the following:Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesStrategic Change ManagementDevelop and execute comprehensive change plans to support user transition and acceptance of new IT capabilities.Establish and manage a business readiness plan to ensure alignment between IT deployment, capability rollout, and business operations.Stakeholder EngagementLead engagement efforts with diverse stakeholders, including those with varying levels of change maturity.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address resistance, build consensus, and achieve buy-in for change initiatives.Facilitate communication and cooperation between cross-functional teams.Leadership and CollaborationMotivate and guide Change Champions to support successful change adoption.Provide leadership in driving cultural and behavioural change to align with project goals.Monitoring and ReportingMonitor and report on progress toward business readiness targets, including key operational metrics and productivity measures.Identify and address risks, gaps, and challenges related to change initiatives.Knowledge Transfer and DocumentationCodify developed knowledge into documentation for effective knowledge transfer to contractors and employees.Ensure all training materials and engagement activities are appropriately maintained and accessible.Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities for improving change management practices and apply innovative solutions to optimise results.Job Skills and QualificationsThe role requires candidates to possess the following skills and qualifications:Essential Skills and ExperienceProven experience managing change in complex IT environments.Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including the ability to lead diverse groups.Expertise in business readiness planning, change impact assessments, and training development.Desirable Skills and ExperienceExperience with NIC agencies and the intelligence production process.Experience with change frameworks and digital transformation initiatives.
