Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the service center, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technicians and support staff. Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly. Oversee the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of diesel engines and trucks. Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures. Manage inventory, equipment, and tools to ensure availability and functionality. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of the service center. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards. Qualifications: Proven experience in a managerial role within the diesel engine and truck service industry. Strong technical knowledge of diesel engines and trucks.
