What will you do:
Perform general administrative tasks, including typing, scheduling appointments, reception duties and maintaining records.
Assist in organizing internal meetings and staff training days.
Handle incoming calls and redirecting as necessary.
Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
Relaying computer issues to our external IT company;
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
Assist in managing travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members.
Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
What qualities you need:
This is an entry level role, but experience in administration or in a customer service role would be highly regarded.
Proficient in using office software, including MS Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
