We are seeking a dynamic and impactful Organisational Psychologist to lead our programs in the organisational stream of our busy practice. The role suits an experienced and motivated operator, with a minimum of 5 years full registration, to occupy a Fremantle based salaried position, either on a full-time or part-time basis, with hybrid work arrangements possible.
In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and delivering a comprehensive suite of services that drive success, growth, and transformation across niche Frontline and Forensic workforces.

Martinovich Psychological Services (MPS) is a highly regarded Clinical, Forensic and Organisational psychology service with practices in Fremantle, Safety Bay and Dunsborough, and satellite hosted rooms in Perth. We have delivered assessments, therapy and consultancy services for 20 years, we hold a number of large government contracts and experience an ever-growing demand for services at each of our locations, accordingly we need to expand our team.
We provide workforce consultancy, and other applied psychology services including training, recruitment and vocational assessment, wellbeing program design/implementation, mediation and coaching. We provide our team of psychologists and psychology assistants with varied and stimulating work and encourage use of imagination to create and steer innovative programs based on professional interest areas and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement innovative psychological assessments, leadership development programs, team interventions, and culture enhancement strategies.
* Provide expert consultancy to clients on topics such as organisational change, performance management, recruitment, employee engagement, leadership and team dynamics.
* Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to tailor solutions that align with clients' business goals and values.
* Lead and manage business development initiatives in the organisational stream, identifying new opportunities and building strategic relationships with high-functioning clients and government departments.
* Develop a robust portfolio of organisational psychology services that support sustainable growth and drive positive outcomes for the practice and its contracts.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Organisational Psychologist with proven experience in organisational development, consultancy, and leadership coaching.
* Expertise in organisational assessment tools, performance management frameworks, and evidence-based interventions.
* A passion for driving change and improving workplace effectiveness through psychological expertise, including recruitment, provision of group workshops and individual consultancy.
* Proven ability to work effectively with senior executives, teams, and key stakeholders in both private and government sectors.
* Strong track record of business development and the ability to generate and manage client relationships.
* Strong communication, presentation and writing skills.
* Police clearance, plus security clearance or the ability to obtain clearance.
