About the Role:
As an Accounting Trainer at Monarch Institute, you will deliver nationally recognized training for a range of courses, including:
Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping Diploma of Accounting Diploma of Payroll Services Advanced Diploma of Accounting You will play a crucial role in supporting and assessing students, updating course materials, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Training & Support: Provide engaging training sessions via phone, email, Zoom, and face-to-face.
Offer constructive feedback on assessments and promote equal access for all students.
Course Updates: Participate in continuous improvement processes, validation, and moderation activities to keep our courses current and effective.
Quality Assurance: Assist with internal and external audits, compliance requirements, and provide feedback to enhance our training programs.
Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and maintain your skills through ongoing professional development.

About You:
Qualifications: Hold a TAE40116/TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) Experience: Demonstrated experience in facilitating adult learning and assessment, with a strong background in accounting.
Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and high computer literacy.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
