My Place is a values-based organisation that supports people with disabilities to live independently and pursue the lifestyle of their choice.
We are assisting a young man in the Manjimup area to recruit reliable, skilled support workers to provide support. The role involves daily living and social and community support. If you are enthusiastic, able to work autonomously, friendly, and interested in supporting a young man to live an independent life, we would like to hear from you. Training will be provided for non-experienced applicants with the right values and attitude.
Support periods are across the following times:
Tuesday: 6 hours
+ Casual shift cover & 6 flexible hours per week (across 2 or three smaller shifts)
To assist with shortlisting, please apply as below:
1. Please include a written statement about you; detailing your interests, passions, and life skills that you could bring to the job.
2. Include a CV of your employment, education, and training history.
3. Provide an indication of your availability for shifts.
4. Specify which location/s interest you; vacancies are across Albany, Denmark, and the broader Great Southern region.
Note: Driver's license, own vehicle, or transport to and from the workplace, and willingness to complete the NDIS Worker Screening, NDIS Worker Orientation module, and a medical are essential.
