Sitting in the R&D team, the Research Assistant will partner closely with our Research Scientists, Engineers and CTO on exciting projects to refine Novalith's existing processes and develop our science further.The ideal candidate should have well-rounded experience in a chemical, metallurgical, or mineral resources laboratory, knowledge of GLP and WHS, and possess excellent technical skills.
