But enough about us, let's talk aboutyou We are in the market for an outstanding individual to develop,coordinate and deliver the City's operational contracts forroad resurfacing, shared paths construction, crack sealing, andother maintenance and minor works in a manner that is balancedagainst customer expectations and allocated budget.
You will be able to ensure the day-to-day management of thesecontracts are carried out effectively and efficiently, withinbudget, and to agreed quality standards.
What can you bring to the team?
Diploma of Civil Engineering or related Diploma Current unrestricted 'HR' (Heavy Rigid) class national driver's licence Current White Construction Card Current Certificate in Basic Worksite Traffic Management Significant experience in contract managed civil construction and maintenance including resurfacing, resealing, discretional traffic calming schemes, shared path renewal, crack sealing and heavy patching Experience in contract management and administration Experience in supervising contractors and employees Working knowledge of labour, materials and equipment estimating, budgetary preparation and control, costing and administration Highly developed project planning, management and project procurement, contract management experience Highly developed interpersonal and customer relation skills and demonstrated ability to deliver quality customer service Developed leadership skills to lead and motivate work groups to achieve effective outcomes The finer details This permanent full-time Governance Level position attractsa salary of $102,681 gross per annum.
Restricted private use(contribution) of a City Vehicle is also included in the offer.This position is located at the City's Operations Centre, 93Park Road, Mandurah.
