About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Return To Work Coordinator to join our team based at either Edinburgh Parks or Osborne Naval Shipyard Offices.
As a key member of our injury management team, you will be responsible for:
* Assisting injured workers to return to work safely and successfully.
* Liaising with employees, supervisors, Case Managers, and treating doctors to implement recovery and return-to-work plans.
* Coordinating medical and RTW case conferences as required.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Australian citizenship and eligibility for a Defence Security Clearance.
* Demonstrated knowledge of workers compensation, health and safety legislation, and SA Return to Work legislation.
* Strong experience in injury management, claims management, and case management systems.
* Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
