The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Leasing Consultant to hit the ground running with one of Australia’s most iconic Boutique agencies. With plenty of support, structure, and systems there is plenty of scope to build your career to its full capacity. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for:
1. Handling & addressing rental inquiries via email and phone
2. Conducting open homes and open-for-inspections
3. Ingoing & outgoing inspections
4. Routine inspections & Saturday work
5. Prepare properties for online advertising
6. Lease sign ups
7. Preparing leases and lease packs
8. Ad hoc administration duties
Skills and Experience:
9. A current certificate of Registration & driver’s license
10. Previous leasing experience is highly desirable
11. High level of professionalism
12. Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
13. High level of customer service and excellent rapport-building skills
14. Confident & hard working individual with a can-do attitude
