Wellington Shire Council is seeking expressions of interest from Swim School Teachers who wish to join our valued Leisure Services team. We are seeking dedicated team players who are focussed on providing quality aquatic education services to participants enrolled in the Wellington Swim School. Suitably qualified individuals who are interested in working as part of a positive and vibrant team and who are able to deliver high levels of customer service are strongly encouraged to apply.
The swim program is offered across all days of the week (Monday to Sunday).
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate how they meet the criteria below:
1. Relevant qualifications and experience in Austswim programs.
2. Knowledge of various assessment techniques and their application.
3. Ability to work as a team member and contribute to a team oriented environment.
4. A strong commitment to building a culture of customer service excellence.
