Customer Liaison and Data Entry - Temporary
Our industry is heavily influenced by insurable weather events; extended work days are occasionally required as part of the role in response to event impacts. This is a fast-paced, high volume contract role.
Duties will include but are not limited to the following:
* Answering phones and providing exceptional customer service.
* Enter new jobs received into our database / insurance portals.
* Engage with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to build mutually beneficial relationships.
* Administration support for the team where required.

Experience & skills:
The ideal candidate:
* Must have previous administration/data entry experience.
* Advanced data entry with high levels of accuracy required.
* Insurance industry experience is highly regarded.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work autonomously, as well as in a team setting.
* Be proactive and able to provide solutions.
* Excellent organisation and time management skills.
* Insurance platform experience such as PRIME, ENData, and Blueprint will be highly regarded.
