Provide advice and support to clients at the operational level within a centre of excellence in understanding of applied HR policy and entitlements, HR processes and administration.
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
* Respond to incoming calls, emails or other channels and provide comprehensive, contemporary advice to clients based on current HR policy and entitlements in a timely and accurate manner.
* Support with processing MN wide HR transactions ensuring processing is timely and accurate and support the identification and implementation of service delivery quality improvements and procedural improvement interventions.
* Provide coaching and support to other team members and develop a highly compatible and supportive working team environment.
* Use effective communication and interpersonal skills to provide services to clients.
