Responsibilities
:
1. Provide administration support to our Account Brokers regarding client insurance/risk needs
2. Participate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal and post-renewal activities including drafting quotations, creating renewal reports, certificates of currency and endorsements
3. Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in an accurate and timely manner
4. Attend client meetings and work on tender processes, client renewals, claims and other insurance broking duties
5. Manage key stakeholder relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives and Client Managers
6. Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service

About You
This position requires a driven and experienced self-starter with strong administration and customer service skills.
Additionally, you will have the following:
7. Experience supporting Senior Brokers with their client accounts (highly regarded)
8. Client service, Underwriting, Claims or Insurance Broking experience (highly regarded)
9. Experience across general insurance products (highly regarded)
10. Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification or willingness to obtain this (highly regarded)
11. Strongmunication, problem solving and analytical skills
12. Proactive, organised and ability to meet deadlines
13. Work collaboratively within a team and autonomously
14. Excellent attention to detail
