The Salesforce Business Analyst will work with staff, senior managers and executives of the department and will have a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities and a proven track record of implementing and optimising Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, analysing business needs, and translating them into functional specifications and detailed user stories.
