At Bupa we are currently uplifting our Contact Centre platform and telephony systems and we have a 6 month opportunity for a Senior Telephony Engineer to come in and support the Engineering Team with BAU activities.
You'll provide technical support and engineering to ensure the provision, development and operation of Bupa Contact Centre and Telephony services that meet the reliability/availability standards as agreed with the business to support all day to day operations and meet Service Level Agreements (SLA) and performance targets.
Skills required to be successful in the role: 7 years minimum of commercial IT experience, attained in a similar Contact Centre/Telephony engineering role. Experience in either Genesys, Verint or Cisco Systems essential. Ability to produce design and engineering solutions for telephony and contact centre services based on business requirements. A high level of technical expertise in the support and management of Contact Centre and Telephony Infrastructure. Ability to produce and review technical documentation. Understanding of APIs and automation. ITIL framework experience and relevant understanding. High level of technical knowledge across the defined areas of responsibility for this role. Strong skills in the configuration and maintenance of Contact Centre infrastructure, including the ability to support a variety of integrated technologies. What's in it for you?
